Israeli bird expert develops early-warning system for avian flu

Israel is a frequent stopping ground on the migratory patterns of various birds which has caused fear of an bird flu outbreak in Israel. Israel has developed a radar system in order to track migratory birds in order to determine where new threats will spring up. They plan on using this information in order to warn countries on the migratory path in order to minimize the damage done by such birds.
